EXECUTION OF A DEED GRANTING ACCESS
RIGHTS TO FIRST AND WALNUT STREETS
WHEREAS, heretofore the City of S~ta Aha acquired all access
rights from certain property herein below described for the purpose
of negotiating the number, size and location of driveways giving
access to the streets adjacent thereto, and has now determined that
certain driveways should be permitted, as hereinbelow described;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute that certain deed in
the name of the City of Sau ta Ana granting permission to c~oss that
certain property in the County of 0r~ge, State of California, des-
cribed as follows:
Access rights to First Street and W~ nut Street over
those portions of Lot 55, in Tract No. 2752, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 79, Pages 30, 31,
Miscellaneous Maps, Records of 0r~ge County, California,
described as follows:
Portion (1) Beginning at a point on the North line of said
Lot 55, 50.00 feet westerly from the Northeast corner of
said Lot 55, and running thence westerly along said North
line 35.00 feet.
Portion (2) Beginning at a point on the North line of said
Lot 55, 122.00 feet westerly from the Northeast corner c~
said Lot 55, and running thence westerly along said North
line 35.00 feet.
Portion (3) Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line
of sM d Lot 55, 98.02 feet northwesterly from the southeast
corner of said Lot 55, measured along said southwesterly
line, a~ running thence northwesterly along said south-
westerly line 35.00 feet.
Portion (4) Beginning at a point on the southwesterly line
of said Lot 55, 208.02 feet northwesterly from the south-
east corner of said Lot 55, measured along said southwest-
erly line, and running thence northwesterly along said
southwesterly line 35.00 feet,
and the Clerk of the Council is directed to deliver the same attach-
ed to a certified copy of this Resolution to the Grantee, INCOME
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of March, 1957.
