WILSON, have presented to the City Council of the City of Santa Ana a Grant ~eed dated February 26, 1957 in consideration of payment of $32,500.00, con- veytng property in t he City of Ssa ta Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as: Lot 3 of Tract No. 24 as shown on a ~ap recorded in Book 9, Page 23 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California. EXCEPTING THEPEFROM that portion lying Northeasterly of the following described line: Beginning at a point in the center line of First Street (66 feet wide), distant there- on North 89° 32' 45" East, 193.48 feet from a chiseled cross in the pavement marking the intersection of said center line with the Southerly prolongation of the Westerly line of that certain strip of land as shown "25 feet for road" on map of Maybury Tract recorded in Book 36, Page 65 of Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County; t~ence South 36° 32' 44" East 34o.84 fee~; thence South 35 08' ll" East 412.05 feet; thence South 43~ 12' 36" East, 250.00 feet; thence South 49° 39' 34" East, 313.61 feet; thence South 57© 20' 34" East, 567.02 feet to a point in the center line of Main Street (80 feet wide) distant thereon North 89° 30' 25" East, 218.87 feet from the intersection of said center line of Main Street, with the center line of Williams Street, (66 feet wide) as shown on map of Stafford and Tustin Tract, recorded in Book 2, Page 618, of said Mis- cellaneous Records. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts s~ d Deed end the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the 1st day of April , 1957.
