WHEREAS, the FIRST BAPTIST CHI~RCH OF SANTA ANA has presented
to the ~ Council of Santa Ana a Grant Deed dated March ll, 1957,
without/-W~h'sideration, conveying p~perty in the~ City of Santa Ana,
County~of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following des-
cribed property: That portion of the following described
property vested in the grantor herein:
Beginning at a point on ~ue center line of Seventeenth
Street distant 138.21 feet easterly from the intersection
of the center line of Freeman Street with said center
line of Seventeenth Street as shown on a Map of Tract No.
1228 recorded in Book 38, Page 42, Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California; and running thence
Easterly along said center line of Seventeenth Street to
the center line of Flower Street; thence southerly along
said center llne of Flower Street 50.00 feet; thence
westerly along a line parallel with and 50.00 feet south-
erly from said center line of Seventeenth Street to
east line of said Tract No. 1228; thence northerly along
said east line of Tract No. 1228 and its northerly exten-
sion to the point of beginning.
EXCEPT the easterly 340.56 feet. ALSO EXCEPT that portion
thereof previously granted for Seventeenth Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED:
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the
