City Co~cil declares that a section of ResolutiOn No. 3728, adopted on the 3rd
~ of J~uary, 19~9, ~d order~ the curb ~ted ~ITE, as fo~:

Code, the City Counc~ hereby establishes ~rk~g re~lations and l~tations as set
forth in S6ction 3215 of the S~ta ~a M~icipal Code, as fo~o~:
