RESOLUTION NO. 5'114 AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "RESOLUTION
ESTABLISHING A BASIC CONPENSATION PLAN F OR CERTAIN
CLASSES OF EMPLOYMENT IN THE ~.~IUNICIPAL SERVICE OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA, AND ESTABLISHING REGULATIONS FOR
THE PLACE~2~T OF PRESENT EMPLOYEES WITHIN THE WAGE
AND SALARY SCHEDULES PROVIDED".
WHEREAS, on December 26, i 951, the Board of Trustees of the
City of Santa Ana passed and adopted Resolution No. 5114 establish-
ing a basic compensation plan for certain classes of employment in
the service of the City of Ssa ta Ana; and
WHEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class of employment
and allocate the same to the salary and wage schedule;
NOW, THEREFORE, B E IT RESOLVED: That Section 3 of Resolution
No. 5114 be, and the same is, hereby amended by adding to the list
of Class Titles the Class Title of "Delineator'~ immediately follow-
ing the Class Title of "Custodian", and by allocating thereto Salary
and Wage Schedule No. 24.
