WHEREAS, WILLIAM L. BABYLON and IDA BABYLON have presented
to the City Council a Grant Dee~ dated March 27, 1957, with no
cash consideration, conveying property in ~he City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following:
Those portions of the F. W. Koll allotment in the Rancho
Santiago,de Santa Ana described as follows:
Parcel 1. Beginning at the intersection of the monu-
mented center lines~of Bristol Street and Edinger Street
in the City of Santa Aha, California; and running thence
westerly along the center line of Edinger Street N 89u 55'
50" W 331.86 feet; thence S 0° 46' 40" W 52.00 feet;
thence S 89° 55" 50" E 331.86 feet to the center line of
Bristol Street; thence ~ 0° 46, 40" E along the center
line of Bristol Street 52.00 feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING the Northerly 25.00 feet. Also excepting that
portion previously dedicated for Bristol Street.
Parcel 2. A rectangular shaped parcel of land bounded
Northerly by Parcel 1, bounded Southerly by a line par-
allel with and 25.00 feet Southerly, measured at right
angles, from the South line of Parcel 1, bounded West-
erly by a line par~lel with and 42~00 feet, ne asured
at right angles, from said center line of Bristol Street,
bounded easterly by the existing west property line of
said Bristol Street.
Parcel 3. A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded Northerly
by the South line of Parcel 1, bounded easterly by the west
line of Parcel 2, and bounded southwesterly/by the arc of a
curve concave southwesterly having a radius~ of 25.00 feet
and tangent to said South line, of Parcel 1, and tangent
to said West line of Parcel 2.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:. That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and t~he Clerk of the Council is hereby .instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with t he County Recorder of
Orange County, C~ ifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular ne ettng held on the 15th.. day of April , 1957.
