WHEREAS, GRESCHN-ER INVESTMENT COMPANY has presented to the
City Council a Grant Deed dated April 4, 1957, without cash consid-
eration, conveying property in the City of Santa Arm, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following:
That portion of the following described property lying
north of a line which is par~lel with and 50.00 feet
southerly, measured at right angles, from the center
line of Seventeenth Street.
The East 102 feet of the North 170 feet, s~ d North 170
feet being ms asured from the South line of Seventeenth
Street of the following:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the land conveyed
to Uriah J. Ross by deed Recorded in Book 172, Page 67
of Deeds, Records of Los Angeles County, California, and
running thence North 35~ rods to the County Road; thence
West to the Towner and Baker Road 45 rods; thence South
35~ rods to the northwest corner of said Uriah JJ Ross
land; thence East 45 rods to the point of beginning.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the citY of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the $5th day of April, 1957.
