RESOLUTION DECLARING "YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY" INTERSECTION:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pttrsuant to the provisions of the
Vehicle Code of the State of California, Section ~71.1, and
Section 3201 of the Santa Aha Municipal Code of the City of
Santa Aha, the City Council hereby declares the following named
intersection within the City of Santa Ana hereinafter described
to be "Yield Right-of-Way" intersection, to-wit:
POMONA STREET
At the intersection of Pomona Street and Ross Street
That a "Yield Right-of-Way" sign shall be erected at the
intersection above described, directing traffic on Pomona
Street to "Yield" to traffic on Ross.
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause
signs to be erected as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its regular meeting held on the !Sth day of
, 1957.
