ONE-WAY STREET FOR WEST-BOUND TRAFFIC ONLY
WHEREAS, after englneer~ng studies, it has been concluded that
Seventh Street as it now exists between Main Street and Sycamore Street,
because it is a narrow street~ could best serve for the orderly move-
ment of traffic and to reduce the amount of traffic friction if traffic
thereon wer~ required, to move in one direction only, as provided for by
Section 459 of the Vehicle Code, and Section 3£61 of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Seventh Street between Main
Street and Sycamore Street is hereby declared, to be a one-way street
and no person shall move any vehicle thereon except the genera] dir-
ection of, from East to West.
