WHEBEAS, RUBY C. KUEBLER, a married woman, and W. C. KUEBLER, her
husbend, have presented to the City Council a grant deed dated April 15,
1957, without cash consideration,conveying property in the City of Santa Aha,
County of Orange, State of 0alifornia, described as:
That portion of the Northeast quarter of Section Fourteen, Town-
ship Five South, Range Ten West, S.B.B.&M., described as follows:
An Easement for Street and public utility purposes over
a strip of land 80.00 feet in width, the Southerly line
of said 80.00-foot strip being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwesterly corner of lend described
in a deed to Federated Construction Co., recorded May 4th,
1955 in Book 3053, page 458 of Official Records; thence
Easterly along the Northerly line of said land of Federated
Construction Co., 50.00 feet to the Southwesterly corner of
land described in a deed to Phil Shanedling Investment Co.,
recorded July 29th, 1955 in Book 3157, page 147 of Official
Records; the Northerly line of said 80.00-f~ot strip to be
lengthened or shortened eo as to terminate at the Westerly
end with the Northerly prolongation of the Westerly line of
said land of Federated Construction Co., and at the Easterly
end with the Westerly line of szid land of Phil Shanedling
Investment Co.
The Grantor hereby releases and relinquishes to the Grantee all abut-
terts vehicular rights, including vehicular access rights, appurtenant to
Grantor's remaining property, but not including pedestrian rights.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause said
deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED hy the City Council of the City of Sant~ Ana at
its regular meeting held on the 20th day of Ma~ , 1957.
