WnmREAS, OPHELIA BEYES has presented to the City Council a Grant
Deed dated May 8, 1957, in consideration of payment of $6,000.00, con-
veying property in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Lot Twelve in Block B of Tract No. 233, as shown on a Map
recorded in Book 13, Page 9 of Miscellaneous N~ps, Records
of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha accepts
said Deed and the Clexk of the Council is hereby instructed to cause
said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by t he City Council of the City of Santa Ana
