WHEREAS, JESSE H. VIVANCO and CONNIE A. VIVANC0 have presented
to the City Council a g~ant deed dated May 6, 1957, in consideration
of the payment of $7,200.00, conveying property in the City of Santa
Aha, County of Ox~nge, State of Califol-nia, described as:
Lot Thirteen in Block A of T~act No. 233, as shown on a
Nap recorded in Book 13, Page 9 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Re'cords of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFOBE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, Cal ifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the ~rd
