WHER_~, ANTONE LOPIZICH, PETER N. PERAE and LOUISE PERAKhave
presented to the City Council a Grant Deed dated Ray 22,1957, in con-
sideration of payment of $2,224.53, conveying property in the City of
Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
land:
PARCEL l: (a) Beginning at a point on the South line of Lot
l, Block B of Goldsmith's Addition to the Tows% of S~ta Ana,
as shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 31, Page 23, Nis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, 10.00 feet Westerly
from the Southeast corner of said Lot l; thence Northeasterly
in a straight line to a point on the North line of said Lot l,
which is 5.22 feet Westerly from the Northeast corner of said
Lot l; thence Easterly along the North line of said Lot I to
the Northeast corner of said Lot; thence Southerly along the
E~st line of said Lot to the Southeast corner of said Lot;
thence Westerly along the South line of said Lot, 10.00 feet
to the point of beginning; and
(b) The Northerly 5 feet of the Easterly l0 feet of Lot l,
Block B, said Goldsmith's Addition, except that portion lying
within Parcel i (a).
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT ~ESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, Caltfornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Ssata Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 17.~hday of June, 1957.
