RESOLUTION DECLARING "YIELD RIGHT-OF-WAY" INTERSECTION:
BE 1~. RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section 471.1, and Section 3~01 of the Santa Aha
Municipal Code of the City of Santa Aha, the City Council hereby declares the
following named intersections within the City of Santa Aha hereinafter described
to be "Yield Right-of-Way" intersections, to-~it:
EIC4/TH STRERT
At the intersection of Eighth Street and Sp~rgeon Street
That a "Yield Right-of-Way" sis shall be erected at the intersection above
described directing traffic on Eighth Stree~ to "yield" to traffic on Sp~rgeon Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular
