FOR A SECTION OF UNEA~ED FRONTAGE ROAD ............
WHEREAS, the construction of the Santa Ana Freeway through
the City included a section of Frontage Road running Southeasterly
from Flower Street along the Northeasterly side of the Santa Ana
Freeway; and
WHEREAS, the term, Frontage Road, in no way indicates the loca-
tion and is a common term for many sections of paved road adjacent to
said Freeway, and it is desired that this particular roadway be desig-
nated by a distinguishing name;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the portion of public
street running through a reverse curve from the East side of Flower
Street in a Southeasterly direction along the Northeasterly side of
the ~anta Ana Freeway, and terminating in a reverse curve on the West
side of North Main Street immediately South of Santiago Creek, be given,
and shall hereafter be known by the name of "ARNETT DRIVE".
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of July, 1957.
