WHEREAS, ELNOHAN, INC., a Corporation, has presented to the
City Council a Grant Deed dated June 24, 1957, without cash consid-
eration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following:
Beginning at a point on the center line of Bristol Street
192.00 feet southerly from the intersection of the center
line of said Bristol Street with the center line of Fairview
Avenue, and running thence South 0° 13' 29" East 334.00 feet
along said center line of Bristol Street; thence North 89°
58'49" West 42.o0 feet; thence North 0° 13' 29" West 334.00
feet; thence South 89° 58' 49" East 42.00 feet to the point
of beginning.
EXCEPTING that portion thereof previously granted for Bristol
Street.
Also hereby granting and surrendering all Vehicular access
rights to Bristol Street from the lands west of the property
above described, excepting Grantor reserves all vehicular
access rights from said lands to said Bristol Street over
those po~tions of the property above described as follows:
(a) The South 35.00 feet of the North 87.60 feet, (b) The
South 35.00 feet of the North 321.45 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and t he Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, C~ifornia.
