WHEREAS, HILP & RHODES, a Cslifornia corporation, has p~esented
to the City Council a Grant Deed dated June 25th, 1957, without cash
consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
0r~ge, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over:
That portion of the northeast quarter of Section 25, Town-
ship 5 South, Range l0 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian,
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on?he Nc~th line of said Section 25, 990.00
feet westerly from the northeast corner of said Section 25; run-
ning thence North 89° 22' ~i: West along said North line 500.00
feet; thence South 0° 39' West 42.00 feet; thence South 89°
22' 10" East 500.00 feet; thence North 0° 39' 45" West 42.00
feet to said North line and to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING that portion thereof previously granted for street
purposes.
Also hereby granting and surrendering all vehicular access
rights to Delhi Road from the lands lying South of the South
line of the property above described, excepting Grantor re-
serves all vehicular access rights from said lands to said
Delhi Road over those portions of the property above desoribed
adjacent to Delhi Road as follows: (a) over the West 2~.50
feet of the East 215.50 feet; (b) over the West 35.00 feet of
the East 327.00 feet, (c) over the West 35.00 feet.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.

at its regular meeting held the
