WHEREAS, FRANK L. BURNS, has presented to the City Council a
Grant Deed dated July 26, 1957, in consideration of payment of
$18,000.00, conveying p~operty in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 16 of the George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 25, Page 62, Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of ~he Council is hereby instructed
to cause said deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
