WHEREAS, ELSIE H. ROBBINS has presented to the City Council
a Grant Deed dated August 2, 1957, in consideration of psgment of
$10, 750.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County cf
Orange, State of Califor~ia, described as:
Lot 20 of the George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 25, Page 62, Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles .County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ~SOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
