BE IT RESOLVED that p~rsuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section ~?1 (b), the City Council hereby declares that
Resolution No. 56-269, adopted the 15th day of October, 1956~ in accordance with
Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section 320~, be amended to read: Add,
