RESOLUTION DECLARING STOP INTERSECI'ION
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF SANTA ANA, AS FOLLOWS:
That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the State of
C~11~ornia, Sectiea~,~71 ~b~)~ and Section 3~01 of~ the Santa Aha Municipal Code
of the City of Santa Aha, the City Council hereby declares the following named
intersection within the City of Santa Ana hereinafter described, in accordance
with Sectic~ 320~ of the Santa Aua Municipal Code, to be a "STOP" intersection,
to-wit:
The intersection of French Street and Second Street, and
~s~bound and westbound traffic on Second Street sh~11 stop
before entering the intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED By the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its
