WHEREAS, PEARL CASSADAY, a Widow, has presented to the City
Council a Grant Deed dated August 6, 1957, in consideration of pay-
r~ent of $8,000.00 conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of CaliIornia, described as:
Lot 19 of the George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, in
the City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 25, Page 62, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instr~cted
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
