¥~EREAS, EMM~ P. LE~MAN has presented to the City Council a
Grant Deed dated August 16, 1957, in consideration cf payment of
$9,500.00, conveying property in the City cf Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 18 of the George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 25, Page 62, Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, T!{E~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder ~ Orange
County, California.
