WHEREAS, C. E. TUNBER and JESSIE 4. TUMBER, have presented to
the City Council a Grant Deed dated August 14, 1957, in considera-
tion of payment of $8,000.00 conve~-ing property in the City of Santa
Aha, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot Ten of Stout's Addition to Santa Ana, as shown on a Nap
recorded in Book 6, Page. 28 of Miscellaneous Naps, Records
of Orange County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby tnstr~cted
to c~se said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
