WHEREAS, WM. T. RUTLEDGE and SARAH~NN RUTLEDGE have presented
a Grant Deed dated August 8, 1957, in consideration of payment of
$1~100.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot Fifteen (15) of Stout's Addition to Santa Ana, as
shown on a M~ recorded in Book 6, Page 28 of Miscell-
aneous My s, Records of Orange County, Califo~ia.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, Cslifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the C~ty of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of August
1957.
