WHEREAS, EARL M. GOODART and BETTY K. GOODART, have presented
to the City Council a quitclaim Deed dated July 26, 1957, without
cash consideration, quitclaiming to the City of Santa Ana property
in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State ~f California, des-
cribed as:
Lot 16 of the George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, as shown
on a map thereof recorded in Book 25, Page 62, Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to caAse said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, C~ifornia.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of August , 1957.
