RIGHTS IN 35-F0~'--D-~EWAYS AT GAS STATION CORNER
WHEREAS, heretof~ore certain vehicular access rights were
granted to the City, and it now appears desirable that the land
owner be allowed certain driveways as hereinbelow set out;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
hereby grants vehicular access rights as herein set out to and
from that certain property as herein described:
LOS 40, Tract #2752, over the First Street right-of-way
abutting the north property line of Lot 40, Tract
#2752, as follows:
East 35 feet of the West 159 feet
East 35 feet of the West 80 feet
Distances to be measured from the west property line
of Lot 40, Tract #2752. There shall be no other ac-
cess fnom this lot to First Street.
