WHEREAS, HATTIE D. BASLER has presented to the City Council
a Grant Deed dated August 16, 19%7, in consideration of ps~ment
of $8,250.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot Eleven of Stout,s Addition to Santa Aha, as shown on
a Map recorded in Book 6, Page 28 of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange County, California,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ~hat the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the C~rk of the Council is hereby inst~cted
to ca se said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, c~lifomia.
PASSED AND ADORED by the City Council of the
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of
1957.
