WHEREAS, PACIFIC SOUTH~EST REALTY CO. has presented to the
City Council a Grant Deed dated September 3, 1957, without cash
consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana, County
of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over:
That portion of Section 25, Township 5 South, Range 10 West,
San Bernardino Base and Meridian described as follows: Begin-
ning at a point on the west line of said Section 25, South
0° 3?' 15" West 722.00 feet from the northwest corner of said
Section 25, and running thence South 89° 22' 10" East 46.58 feet;
thence North 0° 53' 33" East 82.00 feet; thence North 89° 22'
10" West 50.00 feet to the new center line of B~stol Street
as established in deed to County of Orange, recorded June l,
1949, in Book 1851, page 303 of Official Records of Orange
Count~ C~ ifon~ia; thence Sou~ 0° 53' 33" West along said
new center line of B~stol Street 82.00 feet; thence South
89° 22' 10" East 3.42 feet to said west line of Section 25,
an~ to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING that portion previously granted for Bristol Street.
Also hereby granting and surrendering all vehicular access
rights to Bristol Street from the lands lying east of the
property above described, excepting grantor reserves all ve-
hicular access rights from said lands to said Bristol Street
over the south 35.00 feet of the property above described.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the~Ci~y of Santa
