WHEREAS, JOHN A. STRATTON and SUSA~ E. PARSONS, have presented
to the City Council a Grant Deed dated August 26, 1957, in considera-
tion of payment of ~10,000.00, conveying property in the City of
Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot 17 of the George W. Ford's Addition to Santa Ana, in
the City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 25, Page 62, Miscellaneous Records of Los ~ugeles
County, California,
NOW, THEREFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of
