WHEREAS, MAUDE V. WAGGONER, GLENDA ~AE KAHLER and ~{~RGARET
E. HADLE_Y have presented-~ City Council a'~-ant Deed dated
Augu~-$ Mb, 1957, in consideration of payment of SI1,000.00, convey-
ing property in the City of Smta Aha, County of Orange, State of
California, described as:
Lot 22 of the George W. Ford's Ad~tion to Santa Ana, in
the City of Santa Ana, as shown on a map thereof recorded
in Book 25, Page 62, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, Califomia,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Sm ta Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by t he City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on ~e 16th day of September ,
1957.
