~EREAS, F. JOSEPH HERSHISER aud L. EVELYN HERSHISER have
presented to the City Council a Grant Deed dated September 5, 1957,
without cash consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of 0r~ge, State of Califomia, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following described
property:
PARCEL 1: Beginning at the intersection of the center lines
of Bristol Street and Edinger Street, and running thence
North 89° 55' 50" West along said center line of Edinger
Street 262.01 feet; thence North 0° 17' 30" East 50.00 feet;
thence South 89° 55' 50" East 262.01 feet to said center
line of Bristol Street; thence South 0° i7' 30" West 50.00
feet to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING that portion previously granted for street purposes
PARCEL 2: Commencing at said intersection of the center lines
of Bristol Street and Edinger Street, and running thence North
0° 17' 30" East 332.50 feet along said center line of Bristol
Street to the true point of beginning; thence North 89° 55' 50"
West ~0.00 feet; thence South 0° 17' 30" West 282.50 feet to
the north line of Parcel l; thence South 89° 55' 50" East 40.00
feet to said center line of Bristol Street; thence North
0° 17' 30" East 282.50 feet along said center line of Bristol
Street to the true point of beginning.
EXCEPTING that portion previously granted for street purposes.
PARCEL 3: A spandrel shaped parcel of land bounded easterly
by the West line of Parcel 2, bounded southerly by the North
line of Parcel l, bounded northwesterly by the arc of a curve
concave northwesterly having a radius of 25.00 feet and tan-
gent to said West line of Parcel 2, and tangent to said North
line of Parcel l,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Council is hereby instructed
to cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, Cdifomia.
