SALE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OWNED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana now owns a narrow sliver of
land along the easterly side of Halladay Street immediately South
of Emmett Street, which is only 4.22 feet in width, which has no
value to t he City, which would be of value to the owner of the prop-
erty immediately East thereof, and which should be returned to 'the
tax roll; ~--
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor is hereby
authorized to execute a dee9 conveying to Ramona T~that cer-
tain real property in the C~ty of Santa Ana, Count-~ange, State
of California described as:
PARCEL 1. That portion of Lot 17, Block Q, of Emmett,s Addi-
tion No. 3 as shown on a map thereof recorded in Miscellaneous
Map Book 8, Page 55, Records of Orange County, California,
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Lot 17 and running
thence westerly along the South line of said Lot 17, 4.20
feet; thence Northerly in a straight line to a point on the
North line of said Lot 17, 4.22'feet westerly from the North-
east comer of s~d Lot 17; thence easterly along said North
line 4.22 feet to said Northeast corner; thence southerly
along the East line of said Lot 17 to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING therefromthat portion lying northerly of the arc
of a curve concave southeasterly, having a radius of 25.00
feet and tangent to a line parallel with and 40.00 feet
(measured at right angles) easterly from the West line of
said Lot 17, and t~gent to a line parallel with and 5.00
feet (measured at right angles) southerly from the North
line of Lot 18 in said Block Q,
in consideration of the p~ment to City of the sum of $1.00.~
The City shall not be obligated to ~mish any title report,
