ADOPTING MAP OF MAIN ST~m.~T (TUSTIN) ~D LYON STREET (S~TA ANA):
~, development of the property on the Northeast corner of Lyon Street
and Main Street (Tustin), which lies in the City of Santa Ana, is proposed, and
the owner of this property has requested determination of policy regarding the
alignment of Main Street (Tustin)~
Now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
does hereby adopt the said map, showing the proposed property lines on the Northeast
corner of Lyon Street and Main Street (Tustin) as an official designation and
determJ-uation of the alignment of Main Street (Tustin) in said area, under the
provision of Section 9321.1 of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and direct that a copy
of said map be filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council as part of this
resolution.
