WHERE&S, SPURGEON ~EMORIAL ~ETHODIST CHURCH has presented to
the City Council a Grant Deed dated October 7th, 1957, without cash
consideration, conveying property in the City of Santa A_ua, County of
Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following:
Beginning at the southwest c~rner of Tract No. 2089, as
shown on a map recorded in Miscellaneous Map Book 50,
Pages 6 and 7, said southwest comer being a point on the
center line of Memory Lane 966.72 feet westerly from the
intersection of the center lines of Memory Lane and Flower
Street, and ~lnning thence westerly along said center line
of Memory Lane 362.43 feet; thence northerly along a line
parallel with the west line of said Tract No. 2089 to a
point 50.00 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from
said center line of ~emory Lane; thence easterly along a
line par~lel with and 50.00 feet northerly, measured at
right angles, from said center line of Memory Lane, to said
west !line of TraCt No. 2089; thence southerly along said
west line of Tract ~!o. 2089 to the point of beginning.
EXCEPTING that portion previously granted for street purposes.
Also hereby granting and surrendering all vehicular access
rights to ~emo~y Lane fro~ the lands lying north of the north
line of the property above described, excepting Grantor re-
serves all vehicular access right from said lands to said
~emory Lane over the west 35.00 feet of the property above
described.
NOW, THE~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said Deed and the Clerk of the Cou_ucil is hereby instructed to
cause said Deed to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
