CITY 0F SAi~TA .~A, AND ESTABLISHING ~GULATIOI~S P0R
~HE PLACET!ENT OF P {ESF~T EI~PLOYEES WITHIN THE WAGE AND
SALARY SCHEDULES PROVIDED"
WHEREAS, on December 26, 19~1, the Board of Trustees of the City
of SantaAna passed and adopted Resolution No. ~114 establishing a basic
compensation plan for certain classes of employment in the service of
the City of Sea ta Aha; and
%~HEREAS, it is now desired to add a new class of employment and
allocate t~e smme to the salary and wa~fe schedule;
NOW, THERE_WORE, GE IT RESOLVED: ?nat Section 3 of Resolution
~.lo. ~11[[ be, and the ss~e is, hereby amended by adding to the list of
Class Titles the CtassTitle of "Right-of-~ay Aid~ i~nediately following
the ClassTitle of "Recreation Superintendent", and by allocating there-
to Salary and Wage Schedule ¥o. 28.
