EASEMENTS FOR ~PURPOSES
~HEREAS, the people whose names appear next herein below
were all named as defendants in an action in the Superior Court
of the State of California, in and for the County of Orange, being
Case No. 68,793, an action in Eminent Domain to acquire property
for the widening of Bristol Street between Washington Avenue and
Seventeenth Street, and have now delivered to the City deeds grant-
ing the easements sought in said action in consideration of the
cash payments in amounts as set~pposite the name or names of each
grantor:
Lorin G. Moore and Helen S. Moore $1,135.00
;£'i George E. Reeves and Mildred A. Reeves
~ Charles N. Ferry and Mary Bernice Ferry ~30.00
Edward T. Cart, Jr. and Eleanor F. Cart 444.60
WHEREAS, Virginia F. Lugo and Anita F. Lugo have presented to
said City a deed granting easement for the widening of Delhi Road,
consideration of the sum of $340.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Arm
accepts said deeds, the City's designated agent is directed to place
his certificate of acceptau ce thereon, and the Clerk of the Council
is directed to cause said deeds to be recorded with the County Re-
corder of Orange County, California.
