EASEMENTS FOR ST~E'E~ PURPOSES ON NORTH BRISTOL
STREET BETWEEN WASHINGTON AND SEVENTEENTH STREET
WHEREAB, the people whose names appear below have delivered to
the City of Santa Aha deeds granting easements for the widening of
Bristol Street between Washington Avenue and Seventeenth Street, in
consideration of cash payment in an amount set opposite each grantor's
name. Said easements were included in an action filed in the Orange
County Superior Cou~t as Case No. 68793, and are as follows:

WHEREAS, the State of C~ifornia has presented to the City of
Aha a deed granting easement for sanitary sewer purposes along
of November , 19~7.
at its regular meeting held on the18th

and across property held for Santa Aha Freeway use, in consideration
of payment in amount of $4~1.00;
NOW, THEREFOP~, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Aha accepts
said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is dir-
ected to place his certificate of accept~ce on each deed, and the
Clerk of the Council is directed to cause said deeds to be recorded
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
