A GRANT OF EASEMENT
WHEREAS, it appears desirable that the service of electric
energy be provided to certain property, and an easement has been
requested for the installation of poles, lines, guys, anchors, etc.;
NOW, THER~_i~0RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of S~nta Ana hereby grants to the Southern California Edison
Company, a corporation, an easement to construct, use, maintain,
alter, repair, replace and remove au electric line consisting of
poles, necessary guys and anchors, cross-ar~$, wires and other fix-
tures and appliances to convey electric energy in, on and over the
real property situated in the County of Orange, State of California,
and described as:
The westerly 10.O0 feet of that portion of the lmud allotted
to F. W. Koll in the Rancho Santiago de Sm ta Ana; which
portion is described in the deed to the Grantor herein
corded July 25, 1955 in Book 3150, Page 217 of Official
Records of Orange County.
Excepting therefrom, t~e northerly 557.85 feet.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute said grant of easement for
and on behalf of said City, and the Clerk is directed to deliver the
same to said Southern California Edison Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of ___December ,! 1957.
