EASEMENTS FOR STREET PURPOSES ON EMMETT STREET
WHEREAS, the people whose names appear below have delivered
to the City of Santa Ana deeds grmuting easements for the purpose
of widening Emmett Street, without cash consideration. The names
of the grantors are next hereinbelow set opposite the date of the
deed delivered by said grantors, as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deeds and Carl J. Thomton, the City's designated agent, is dir-
ected to place his Certificate of Acceptance on each of said deeds,
and the Director of Public Works is directed to cause said deeds to be
recorded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on t~e 2nd
