RESOLUTION/57-307 APPROVING REVISED TENTATIVE MAP
OF TRACT NO. 3293 REDUCING BUILDING SETBACK AND
IMPOSING CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, the Lemon Heights Investment Corporation has filed a
revised tentative map of Tract No. 3293 and requested a reduction in
the building setback line along the east side of Standard Avenue in
said proposed tract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
of Tract No. 3293 is hereby approved,
