WHEREAS, by negotiation certain agreements have been reached between the City and Burroughs Corporation, and ha'
been reduced to letter form to be signed by the City and accepted by said Corporation;
i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOEJED: That the M~or and the C]~rk of the Council are hereby directed to sign on beh~

of the City that/certain letter dated December 16th, 1957, addressed to Burroughs Corporation, Electro Data Division
a copy of which is hereunto attached and by reference made a part hereof, and to deliver the same to said addressee,
~and when a copy of said letter has bean accepted and executed by said Burroughs Corporation and returned to the Cler]
~of the Council, the same shall constitute the agreement by the said Corporation and the City.
