EASEMENTS FOR WI~-~NG NORTH MAIN, EVEHGREEN, ADAM~, AND
SEVENTEENTH STREETS, AND A DEED SURRENDERING VEHICULAR
ACCESS RIGHTS TO A PORTION OF DELHI ROAD
WHEREAS, the people whose names appear below have delivered to
the City of S~ta Ana deeds granting easements for the purpose of
widening North Main Street, without cash consideration, and the dates
are set opposite each name as follows:

?.~WHEREAS, Manuel Tafoya has delivered to said City a deed dated
?~ovember 25, 1957 for the widening of Evergreen Street, and
WHEREAS, Emily T~ ij~ has delivered to said City a deed dated
November 25, 1957 conveying an easement for the widening of Adams
Street, and
WHEREAS, Rex M. Gr~$o~_m and ~orene Grissom, and John A. Pou~k
and Selma Pouk, have delivered to said City a deed dated December 9,
1957, conveying an easement for the widening of Seventeenth Street, and
WItEREAS, Anton H. Seg~e~str0m, Nellie Ruth Segerstrom, Harold T.
Segerstrom, Veronica ?. Segerstrom, Henry T. Segerstrom, Yvonne de C.
Segerstrom, Harold T. Segerstrom, Jr., and Jeannette E. Segerstrom
have delivered to said City a deed dated December 5, 1957, granting
and surrendering all vehicular access rights to
Road described in a deed recorded in Book 3607,
Records of 0r~ge County, Califomia, and
that portion of Delhi

WHEREAS, all of said deeds are offered without cash considera-
tion being paid by said City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City,s desi~ated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on each deed, and
tae Clerk of the Council is directed to cause said deeds to be re-
corded with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
