RESOLUTION NO. 57-313 ACCEPTING DEEDS GRANTING EASEMENTS
FOR STREET PURPOSES ON BRISTOL AND HALLADAY STREETS
AND ACCEPTING FEE TITLE TO A LOT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
EIGHTH STREET
WHEREAS, the people whose names appear below have delivered to
City of Santa Ana deeds
granting easements for the purpose of widen-
ing Bristol Street, in consideration of a cash payment in ~ amount
set opposite each name, as follows:

?f,,WHEREAS, Anita 0. G~]~ has delivered to said City a deed
granting an easement for the purpose of widening Halladay Street, in
consideration of a cash p~ment in the amount of $1,5~3.00; and
?i~? WHEREAS, Paul A. Thacker and Virginia P. Thacker have delivered
to the City a grant deed conveying certain property on the North side
of Eighth Street, South of Artesia Park, for possible future use in
conjunction with said park, the same being an entire lot 5 0 feet wide
and 125 feet deep, in consideration of $5,000.00 cash payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Santa Ana accepts
said deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is dir-
ected to place his certificate of acceptance on each deed, and the
Clerk of the Council° is directed to cause said deeds to be recorded
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

at its regular meeting held on the 16th d~y
