CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That l~rsuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of Califo~nia, Section ~72, and Section 3201 of the Santa Aha N~nicipal Code,
the City Council hereby establishem~ parking 11mftations and regulations set forth
in Section 3213 of the Santa Aha l~anicipal Code, as follows:
THIRD
On the South side of Third Street between Main Street and Bash Street, as follows:
West 10 feet
E~st 8 feet of West 57 feet
and said curb along said street shall be painted ~ and the Director of Public
Works is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as here~-above
described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That p~rsuant to the p~ovisions of the Vehicle Code
of the State of California and Section 3301 of the Santa Arm ~Amicipal Code, the
City Council hereby establishes parking regulations and limitations as follows
Two parking meters on the South side of Third Street, between N~in Street and
Bash Street, to be designated as twenty-four (2~) m~-ute meters.
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install signs indicating
the time l~m~t a~ next hereinabove described.
