B~; I~£ RJ~OLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, Section 4?2, and Section 3201 of the Santa Ana Municipal
Code, the City declares that portion of Resolution~ NCo 3563, adopted on the 19th
day of May, 1947, and ordering the curb painted yEIJOW, as follows:
SPU~GEON STRE/~T
On the east side of Spurgeon Street between Second and Third Streets,
located as follows:
The North 21 feet of the South 46 feet.
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause the paint on said curb to be removed or covered.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
