TO WIDEN LYON AND MAIN STREETS, FOR A NEW STREET, AND
FOR WATER LINE
WHEREAS, the people whose names appear below have delivered to
the City of Santa Ana their deeds granting easements, without cash
consideration being paid by the City; said deeds bear the date set
out opposite the names of said grantors.
The names next here below are those persons granting easements
for the widening of Lyon Street:
JOHN OTTO TRAPP and ELSIE D. TRAPP Dec. 19, 1957
GEORGE N. ~ILLSPAUGH and OPAL M. MILLSPAUGH Dec. 20, 1957,
The names next here below are those granting easements for the
widening of North Main Street:

granting an easement for the construction and maintenance of a water
line;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of S~ta Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance thereon, and the
Department of Public Wor~s is directed to cause said deeds to be re-
corded in the office of the County Recorder of Orange County.
