FOR STREET PURPOSES A i~ FOR WATER AND SEWER LINES, ALL
WITHOUT CASH CONSIDERATION.
WHEREAS, the people whose names appear below have delivered to
the City of Santa Ana deeds granting easements for the purpose of
widening North Main Street, without cash c Gusideration, and the date
of each such deed is set opposite the name of the Grantor, as follows:

Mordo Ben Altabet, Harry W. Roth, Reeva S. Roth,

V~HEREAS, the Monterey Park Land Corporation has delivered to the
City a deed dated January 15, 1958, conveying ~ easement for street
purposes for the location of a new street west of Bristol Street and
north of Talbert Avenue, and a deed dated January 22, 1958 granting
easement for the construction and maintenance of a sanitary sewer
north of Talbert Avenue, which deed includes a temporary construction
easement, and
WHEREAS, the H. & J. Mabury Company, a Corporation, has present-
ed to the City a deed dated January 16, 1958, granting easement along
the South side of Seventeenth Street, for the construction and mainten-
ance of a water line and appurtenances, and a deed dated January
1958 granting easement for the construction and maintenance of sewer
mains across property lying north of Fruit Street md west of Tustin
Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place on each of said deeds a Certificate of Acceptance
and to cause the same to be recorded with the County Recorder of Orange
County, California.
