'~EREAS, LOUIS LEWYN and JOEY Mt~RION LEWYN have presented to
the City Council a Grant Deed dated January 27, 1958, in consideration
of payment of ~5,250.00, conveying property in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Lot Eighteen in Block I of Tract No. 507, Santa Ana Gardens
No. 2, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 20, Page ll md
12 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange Co,anty, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place on said deed a Certificate of Acceptance and to
cause the same to be recorded with the County Recorder of' Orange
County, California.
