WHEREAS, SA~HJEL R. NELSON and MAHGARET NELSON have presented
to the City Council a Grant Deed dated September 23, 1957, in consid-
eration of p~ment of $230.00, conveying property in the City of Santa
Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following:
The northerly 20.00 feet of the easterly 50.00 feet of Lot
2, Block C, Emmett's Addition, as shown on a map recorded
in Miscellaneous Map Book 8, Page 13, Records of Orange
County, California.
NOW, ~HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place on said deed a Certificate of Acceptance and to
cause the same to be recorded with tae County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
